Danger Technique Tornado Fighter

The Fish Police episode is here.

I hope you enjoyed the obscure reference in panel 3. If you didn’t, this strip may not have much to offer you. Except, what kind of pompous windbag says “Hiccough?”

Ouch! I’m too danged old to catch a Power Ranger reference. Now, if you could work H. R. Puffnstuff or Mission: Magic! into the strip, then I would stand a chance.

My fellow oldster, I was actually going for the purer source that predates the Power Rangers. I will say no more…until I do…

Science Ninja Team Gatchaman (a.k.a. G-Force in the USA) may have done this once in a while

yep. G-Force, as I knew them, seemed to live for infiltrating and busting up alien bases. If only the Danger Club had such skills…

they were my favorite team of teenage superheroes when I was a kid. I liked how they had all those cool vehicles, awesome fighting technique, and they could only win after they quit bickering and decided to work together.
