If you haven’t seen Avatar, this strip won’t make any sense to you.
If you’re younger than 25, the title probably won’t make any sense either. For the whippersnappers: Roger Ebert used to pal around with a fellow critic by the name of Gene Siskel.
Panel 3 is about the subtitles, and a reference to The Font Snob, the strip that finally turned me on to PVP. (By the time I learned that one of the hugest webcomics already has a Cole, it was too late.)
While I’m at it I should probably go ahead and explain the rest of the panels, but I’m not gonna.

[...] I also enjoyed Avatar, although it pretty much exactly met my expectations. For my review in comic strip form, click here. [...]
As someone who is a PVP fan and saw Avatar, this was great. (Who’s Wicket, though?)
Wicket is an ewok. Meant to send up the whole ewok-forest-battle-similarity. I knew I should have explained the rest of the panels. %)
